EI-DAA Economy Class cabin after landing from JFK. This flight was one of the last to depart JFK just before it closed due to Hurricane Sandy! Thumbs up for the great Aer Lingus team at JFK airport! Extremely friendly and helpful ticketing and airport agents despite the chaos! However, on the other hand Aer Lingus could do with some improvement: I hadn't yet experienced a night flight where the lights got left on during the whole flight at full brightness without providing the passengers with eyeshades, making it impossible to sleep! Legroom, inflight entertainment and food are other points which made me realise the difference between a 5* airline, like QR, and one that is simply not one... (mehr von EI-DAA)
