3 weie 3, the world's only surviving Bf 109 G-4. Built in spring 1943 at Wiener Neustadt, she carried a red heart and the nickname "Nesthkchen". On March 20th 1943, Oberleutnant von Coester had to belly-land the plane due to a damaged engine on the Black Sea. The pilot was killed and the plane sunk. She was recovered in 1977, and rebuilt in Italy. Now on permanent display here in Germany.
