In September 1911, Mr. Henry Breguet made with this aircraft a pioneer non-stop flight from Casablanca to Fès (Morocco). Preserved in Musée des Arts et Métiers in Paris (a former church). The circle on the ground is a part of Foucault's pendulum - an easy-to-see proof of the Earth rotation.
This is the plane, with which Louis Bleriot crossed the Channel on July 25, 1909. Mr. Blriot was not only a brilliant engineer, but also a trully brave man - imagine him flying on this bunch of fabric and wood over the sea! The aicraft is preserved in Muse des Arts et Mtiers (a former church, very difficult to shoot in).
