ZD953 ThisTriStar KC1, ex-G-BFCF of British AW, was the initial converted L-1011-500 by Marshall Aerospace in Cambridge and delivered to the Royal Air Force on 24 March 1986, becoming No. 216 Squadron's first TriStar. NX910A On display in the Personal Courage Wing at the Museum of Flight. This replica was begun in 1971 and completed in 1988. It is in the markings of American ace Lt. George A. Vaughn, who served with No. 84 Sqn. RAF in May 1918. (mehr von NX910A)
