Such an unqualified comment, that's bullshit.

"Quality vs. Quantity" ...the most striking comment ever!! And a very good composition in this picture. 744ever!

What makes a LH 747 in Berlin?

4.Jan (08-09-2010 15:12:12)

Haha .. best comment ever!

Personal experience. I will never fly with Lufthansa again. Go for airberlin!

6.Gerhard (08-09-2010 20:52:47)

I've had always wonderful experiences with LUFTHANSA. It's great that they fly into Berlin with a B747. Pictures are great, thank you!!

I agree with Tim!!!

It depends who is Quality and who is Quantity! Lufthansa has more aircrafts than Air Berlin, but ...! So I would say... "go Air Berlin!!" PS: Several B744 of LH are used for domestic flights to HAM MUC FRA TXL I think its has technical reasons and it could be a series of tests to proof domestic routes for B744 because of the de-fleeting of this airframe within the next years. Same happend to the A300, remember?

9.Christoph (13-09-2010 11:02:25)

No, they are not flying to TXL due to technical reasons, there are free 747 due to the A380 who has taken over her former long haul routes. Because of the very good used to capacity routes from FRA to HAM, TXL and MUC they now use the 747 in the rush hour times. By the way.. the picture's comment is bullshit. As airberlin Staff I have to say, you cannot compare a traditional and high quality airline with a more or less low cost airline (compared with LH). airberlin has its positive and negative linings as well as LH.
